DLNA Doesn't Work

 

It is good for recording TV but that is all it does well. The DLNA support never worked for me. I tried to play recorded content to my iPad, Galaxy S4 and Windows 8 PC but they all failed. I tried the Diga Player app but it failed as well. The format...

It is good for recording TV. 1TB means there is a lot of space.

The DLNA functionality that I specifically bought it for doesn't work. The Diga Player in the app store doesn't work either.

USB function limited.

 

I was disappointed to find the DMR-PWT635 won't play videos from a USB dongle while recording on-air programs to the hard drive. You can play DVD's while recording so I'm puzzled why this can't be done with a USB dongle? As we record mainly evening...
