Although the HP DreamScreen 100 offers more than your average digital photo frame, it isn't enough to justify the high price tag.

Must be plugged in at all times; can't connect wirelessly to Mac
Sleek and minimalist in shiny black, the DreamScreen 100 is nevertheless better suited for sitting on a desktop than hanging on a wall. This is due both to its not inconsiderable weight and to the need to keep the unit plugged in at all times. So, ...

HP's DreamScreen is stuck in tablet purgatory. It's not quite the tablet you want it to be and too expensive to justify as a replacement for the digital picture frame you never use.
