The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Nintendo)

The visual style and artistic direction is top notch ; sense of humour, the epic feel of adventure, and the deep and engaging storytelling

It takes a while to get used to the controls ; the secondary sound source from the Wii-mote speaker is a little gimmicky

If there is one Wii game to own at launch, this is it, but we're guessing we didn't need to tell you that.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

Twilight Princess contains the same expertly designed puzzles and time-tested gameplay that you've come to expect from the series, though parts of its presentation feel stuck in the past.

Compelling characters and story ; Outstanding world and puzzle desig ; Longer than most action adventure games ; Terrific graphics, from an artistic perspective

Wii-specific elements feel tacked on ; Graphics and sound sometimes go from nostalgic to dated

Objectively speaking, it's still a little disappointing that the series hasn't evolved much at all with this latest instalment. You'll almost certainly enjoy the game for its terrific puzzles, colourful characters, and compelling story, but at some...

Zelda - Twilight Princess

One of Nintendo's largest and highly popular franchise is back on both the Gamecube and Wii. Link has matured and is about to step foot into a much darker realm, darker than any other Zelda game.

The biggest epic quest Link has ever set foot into, beautiful art, amazing sound, gorgeous cut scenes, imaginative characters, massive landscapes to explore, 40 – 50 hours of gameplay, fishing, and a storyline to die for

There could have been a few more side quests to add to lengthen the game, some busy villages feel like a ghost town (where are the people?), it is a Gamecube port so don't expect world breaking visuals but do expect some fantastic animation, all Zelda...

Now time for the big question, is Twilight Princess as good as Ocarina of Time? Comparing these two games together would be rubbish, when Ocarina of Time first came out it introduced a new definition of how to play a game. What Twilight Princess has...

this is the best game i have ever played. The only things wrong with it are the sound on the wii remote, the bosses are a bit too easy, and you can't continue after the end

best - game - EVA! The scenery is breathtaking, the graphics of the lakes and rivers seem SO real - I especially LOVE chilling out at the Zora's waterfall pool after finishing off a dungeon, and the graphics of the twilight is so cool! I miss the...

excellent graphics ; exciting storyline ; cool sword tricks to learn ; still is a bit like Ocarina of Time - you can use whistle-grass or howl as a wolf to accomplish certain tasks ; long game - never-ending Zelda entertainment

I often get confused - not knowing what to do ; can't think of anything else
